The flavor is gross for a second when in my mouth but doesnt have a lingering grossness. Vitamins make my pee super yellow and super stinky however. I am not sure if its a specific ingredient or if I am consuming too much vitamins and its leaving my body.

This is the best ashwagandha on the market because the ingredient they use is USP tested for withanolide levels. The effects are so much more noticeable than products made with ksm 66. Its more expensive than some but its a very high quality product. If youre buying Ashwagandha for $10, youre getting an inferior product with low levels of withanolides

This is a very refreshing spray for your skin. This is not a fine mist, which I dont think it claims to be, more like the finest spray you can get from any plastic spray bottle. It feels refreshing, but so would water. Im not saying that the ingredients in it arent beneficial, but I didnt notice any after one use and dont expect to after multiple uses. It is moisturizing in that it applies moisture to your face, but as soon as it evaporates your skin is exactly the same as before you used it. If you spray it on, then apply some product that will help keep that moisture in itll work, and there are instructions to do this, but they also state that you need to use their product to get the effect which is incorrect. The claims that this ...provides skin with a more lifted appearance, better definition and makes skin noticeable firmer. I did not find any of this to be true. This can serve as a good reminder to us that cosmetics companies (and many others) can flat out lie to entice us to buy their products.

The best prenatal multivitamin, in my opinion. Used it in both pregnancies and it never made me nauseous.
