Easy to swallow. Great health benefits.

Amazon didnt approve of my initial review so Ill try again. I got the flu during the pandemic and started taking these. About a week in I felt much better. Our bodies are capable of healing ourselves. Just gotta stay healthy and take your vitamins and minerals.

I'm happy with these supplements. They supposedly help with immunity, though I guess there's no way for me to know for sure. But I like the ingredients list. And I like taking these during the pandemic. They certainly can't hurt!

So Far, So Good

I have been taking elderberry in some form for several months now, as I have heard a lot about its immunity-boosting benefits. Recently, I have heard about zinc's benefits to immunity, too. I was delighted to find a supplement that combines elderberry and zinc, as well as other beneficial ingredients, into one easy to swallow capsule! It's hard to tell the long-term immunity effects, but since taking it, I have not been sick. I am careful to practice good personal hygiene and have not been in my normal social routines, but I am hopeful that even when my schedule returns to normal, this supplement will help me stay healthy. I have not had any ill-effects from taking it, which is great, because my stomach can be very sensitive. I recommend giving it a try!

Excellent Quality and Fast Absorbing

I started taking this before the coronavirus outbreak just to build my immunity. I am playing it safe and defending my body. So far, I have been very pleased with this product. This supplement has all of the ingredients that compliment the vitamin C and vitamin D that I have been taking. We have not gotten COVID 19 or any other illnesses since, so hopefully we will continue to stay healthy! I would recommend this product for anyone. I am 73, so I am doing what I can to help my immune system. I have used other supplements made by Doctors Best in the past and have been pleased with them. They are manufactured In The U.S.A. with Ingredients sourced from around the world. Other products made by them have high ratings on Amazon, so that helps influence me.
