• Hydroxycitric acid is a derivative of citric acid which is a critical component for the metabolism of macronutrients.*
• It is naturally found in the tropical plant Garcinia cambogia. The effects of hydroxycitric acid on the generation of fatty acids have been extensively studied. Research indicates that hydroxycitric acid blocks enzymes that are responsible for the production of fatty acids.*
• It has also been known to support appetite control.*

Better than the other brand

I first was surprised at the pleasant scent- like an aromatherapy scent- And the lovely viscous oil texture. I normally have only used Arnica in a formulated gel that for some reason smells a bit like urine to me.. ( not this brand mind you) I have RA so my pain is not something that any topically applied substance will fux. But for my knee pain at least it seems helpful. Did not get rid of pain but dud reduce it. And the scent makes me happy ??
