Directions:
Adults: Take ten drops two to three times daily or as recommended by your health care practitioner. To be take 20 minutes away from food. Place drops directly under the tongue or into ¼ oz. of water.

wonderful product!

Best Magnesium Supplement Ive Tried!

Tri-Magnesium is an effective supplement, recommended by my doctor. Helps with sleep and headaches, in addition to encouraging regular bowel movements. Definitely will remain a part of my regular regimen.

I can now take fewer pills since this is 300mg per capsule as opposed the the 120mg I was taking previously. And it seems to work well for me.
