Love Garden of Life

I trust Garden of Life with their health supplements. I was taking a much higher dose before and switched to this one, working well. We need more vit D in winter months, so we all should be taking some form of vit D..

Not our favorite flavor....

We have tried a few variations of this particular bar and liked them. We both especially like the Peanut Butter Chocolate so we figured the Chocolate Almond Brownie would be tasty but there is an odd taste/after taste. Out of the ~4 flavors we've tried, this is our least favorite. We don't dislike it but it just isn't as good as the other flavors especially compared to the Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor. Macros are still decent though for a protein bar. 3/5

This vitamin works great for me. It raised my Vitamin D level back to normal.
