Kirkman Labs GABA 250 mg 150 caps

I like that the dosage is only 250 mg, I cant take higher doses of GABA it makes me too sleepy. When I feel anxious during the day Gaba helps me calm down and refocus

For all of you who are giving this to your children please take some yourself so you can see for yourself the effects. I guess everyone is different but for me it had me wide awake and jittery instead of calm and relaxed. It actually had the effect of one of those little 5 hour energy shots. Perhaps this dosage is way too high

We get these for my mom this is what she said: I had purchased this brand last year before I switched back to my old product *different product completely* so I stopped buying these, they worked great for me and what I needed them for at this time. Because they worked great before, I purchased them again about a month ago, because I am off my other product again. When I started taking these again I didn't look at the capsule, but I started feeling like I was lacking and it would help one day but not another. So I was setting myself up with my pills and noticed some of them were less than 3/4 full most almost 1/2 way full. I am disappointed because I know these worked great before but had I not looked at the pills I wouldn't be getting the correct amount every day and this would pose a problem for me, my body and my mind.
