I took this for a few weeks, and it made me feel so spacey, disconnected, drained, dizzy, AND I GAINED weight. Ive been working out HARD and following a super strict diet, prioritizing sleep, etc. I am not overweight. I just wanted to lose a few pounds, so maybe it doesnt work well if you are not obese.

Ive always had wonderful experiences with this brand, but these pills actually made me gain weight. I really wanted to love them.

If you are exercising and eating a disciplined diet, you can add this supplement for ZERO added benefit. And obviously if you are not careful with diet, this product will not redeem your lack of discipline. Amazon shows on my account that I have purchased GOL fucothin 7 times; I've also purchased on other sites. I am feeling ripped off, after using the product continuously FOR YEARS. High price, vague allusion to "studies" (but no citation to studies and no specifics about venue for publishing, etc.). A little stupid of me to have continued buying for so long. I have also noticed a disturbing phenomenon on Amazon. Whenever I ask a question thro the official channel for a product that has a hint of criticism implicit in my question, Amazon sends me an immediate email to tell me my question generated no responses. Makes me think there is an algorhithm to throw out questions that might tarnish a lucrative product line. Dishonest and dishonorable!

I wanted to love these. After 2 kids I just can't seem to shed the last 15 pounds. I work out and was looking for a little boost. Excited to see a more "natural" product with great reviews. I followed instructions and started with 1 pill at each meal with water. Once I started taking 2 pills at a time, I broke out in a horrible rash/hives all over. It was scary. I have a toxin free home, absolutely nothing else changed and I never get rashes or reactions. Not realizing the connection I took them again on day 1 of rash, and that night and next day was miserable. Once I stopped taking them, rash went away within 24 hours.

These are amazing. Once I turned 30, I noticed that my always flat stomach started having a tiny little "something". I was actually on the hunt for antioxidant supplements when I came across the ingredient fucoxanthinin. I then looked into supplements that included it and came across these. I was diligent for the first few weeks. I took 2, sometimes 3 pills per day (per the instructions). I always spaced them out. After 3-4 weeks? I started noticing differences. You HAVE to be patient. Read the literature, the weight loss isnt instantaneous but it is proven. I love them because they arent a stimulant and because they also function as an antioxidant. Win-win! Now I only take 1 a day, sometimes everyother day and ive had absolutely no issues gaining the weight back. Dont take 2 before bed. Not because they keep you awake (they don't, they arent a stimulant) but the thermogenesis caused me to get too hot. I dont like sleeping without covers so it was a whole ordeal. You probably shouldnt take 2 at once anyway so just learn from my mistake and you'll be fine. I should say that I dont notice any temperature change when I just take 1. The negative side effect... I work out less because I dont feel like I have to (but i know that I should). These were life changing. I do want to add, if you are looking to lose 20+ lbs, I cant speak to you situation. I only had 5 to get rid of. You should read the studies linked to fucoxanthin (I'm a health nerd so I did before consuming). I couldnt find anything detrimental and another positive, they followed the study participants for 3-4 months post trial and they hadn't gained the weight back. If you are scouring the internet for weight loss supplements, stop here. These are the safest that I've ever seen and they work.
