Great taste

I started taking this supplement a few months ago. It tastes great and I have yet to get sick! Coincidence? Maybe but I will continue to take this in the wake of what's going on just in case. You can also just pour it in your mouth instead of mixing it with liquid. My nutritionist suggested that and I love it that way.

Best bet to fight colds & Flu virus.

I am taking this all fall and winter to help me get thru the flu season. I haven't got sick once this year! I have Asthma and have allergies And work at a Preschool, so this is the first year I didn't get the flu or a cold. I put it in my morning coffee and I don't taste it a bit. I also do others things to keep my immune system in high gear, but this is an important part of my battle to stay healthy. I am 67 and must be vigilant in my right to stay healty.
