Nature's Way Fennel Seed 480 mg 100 caps

These pills have replaced lactaid pills for me. If I know I'll be eating dairy I down one or two of these badboys and my digestion is helped out enough that I don't feel the rumblings and the eventual gastric stress and diarrhea that normally occompanys dairy. What a product!

Easy to swallow and taste great!

Replaced ineffective 4 gas relief capsules that were quite costly with just one Fennel capsule. The first time I took one my body deflated but the next time, after eating half a cabbage I didnt suffer at all so I know this natural remedy works. I used to keep Gas-X in business with my purchases alone, but now I just dust those full boxes off. I only take one capsule before a particularly notoriously known gas producing food. Hope it gets back in stock.

I have ordered this item several times. It is a good product and will continue to buy. The only problem this time is that it was probably delivered to wrong box. I contacted Amazon and they promptly sent a refund. I then ordered again. Hopefully this time it will be delivered correctly.

Strong anise flavor, which is not my favorite. Goes away after a while. Works well for bloating/water retention. Recommend
