These Prenatal Vitamins have everything needed for developing a healthy baby, supplements made with Whole Foods are my go to but I especially look for supplements with clean ingredients. These are what we needed.

If you are suffering at all from breakouts while taking your vitamins it might be a biotin allergy or sensitivity. I had no idea that was a thing until I switched to these during pregnancy and read that biotin allergies really mess with your skin. After taking these night and day difference beautiful glowing skin not one breakout and it does feel like my body soaks up these ingredients better. They dont smell amazingly appetizing but I havent found a vitamin that does. Decided to supplement with ocean moms dha along with this and it seems to be a winning combo! Im on the third bottle of both and expecting to continue through with them during breastfeeding!

Pretty good. Just be aware of any ingredients that trigger allergies. I had to stop because my allergies were worse than I thought.
