Really helps with menstrual symptoms

I was referred to this a while back and took it all the time due to sensitive breasts and mood behavior swings and it was helpful however for a while I had gotten off of it and boy did I notice the difference so I once again I'm taking it diligently and my breasts don't hurt during my menstrual cycle and my moods tend to be more even .

Be Aware - Not returnable

Do yourself a favor and order a small bottle first. I read overwhelmingly positive reviews and ended up buying a large bottle only to find out it is not returnable. My daughter took one each x2 daily, which consequently caused her few breakout pimples around cheek area (she rarely get ones around there) irritability and depression. As for myself, near menopause, caused constipation, irritability, and headache. It is clearly not for everyone.

Good for 4 months then it got bad.

Im 31 years old and I noticed that Ive been more moody around my time of the month, really sad. Headaches, everything hurt, felt like I was sick. Estrosense helped. I was really pleased. Then after the 4 month mark, I started having tachycardia at rest. Severe facial flushing that would go into my ears. My heart would pound in my head. I was getting dizzy and fatigued often. It got so bad, my gynecologist told me to see a cardiologist. The cardiologist told me it was the supplement of course my idiot obgyn didnt put two and two together. Third day off of the supplement, I was back to normal. It was scary. Had to go and see two specialists which was expensive. Really disappointing to say the least.
