The best! This is the go-to cold-prevention supplement in our house. It really helps, even after a cold has started, it's effective--cuts the recovery time from a cold in half. Been using this for 8 years, and it never fails. Other family members and friends use it, too. Don't know why, but it works for when other echinacea preparations have not done the job.

This stuff is great. Whenever I take it I get sick less often and heal from the sickness faster. Although as a warning, you should only take this during the cold and flu season (so not summer). Since it had antibiotic properties, resistances can form if taken throughout the year.
