Vcaps® upon waking with at least 8 oz. of purified water and a light, healthy breakfast. In late morning, take 2 more A.M. Vcaps® with at least 8 oz. of purified water, with or before lunch. Step 2: Cleanse & Eliminate By the time you go to bed, the detox-supporting daytime ingredients will have prepared the body to flush away unwanted compounds.* Take 4 Easy Cleanse™ P.M. Vcaps® before bedtime with at least 8 oz. of purified water. Be sure to drink a large glass of purified water (at least 8 oz.) the following morning.

Did what it said and worked as I expected!

Use it exactly as directed and it will cleanse out your digestive system! It was pretty rough for me at the end of day 3, and so I halved the dosage on day 4 to catch a break. I am very petite, so that could be part of it. I went back to the full dosage for the rest, but then had a half dosage on my final day. It did minimize my appetite and cravings, and so I utilized that to cut out a lot of sugar and junk. It's a good kickstart to cleaning up nutrition. Just stick with that part after the cleanse is over!

ATTN: To all Reviewers, what was your diet and gut health like before cleansing? Some one who cleanses frequently or have a primary healthy diet may not have the same results as some one who is backed up and really need it. Looking forward to feedback
