Love this product so much. I have suffered (and so has my husband) for years with pain and dryness. This product is the best and I feel normal again. I also use Ostaderm-V 3 times a week along with these oval suppositories. These definitely work as described but they have a VERY strong scent of cocoa butter . A bit greasy also, and you have to keep them cold or theyll melt in packaging. Besides that, theyre great
