Because creatine helps maintain hydration within the cells, it can mean a person might weigh more when stepping on the scale because the body is holding on to water within the muscles. Outside of the athlete population, creatine has also been shown to support muscle function and to support cognitive function in aging populations.* Thorne offers an easy-to-mix, highly-researched form of creatine - Creapure®. Thorne's Creatine is NSF Certified for Sport®.

This product was as good as advertised.
Unlike other creatine powders. Amazing stuff you will not regret.
Ive been using this product for about 2 months now. Ive seen and felt great results! The creatine mixes easily, and has no flavor to it. I put it in a smoothie in the morning. Will definitely be buying again. **UPDATE** : Ive been using Thorne Creatine for about 6 months now and have since changed my review to 3 stars. There is zero consistency to the product you receive. Sometimes the powder has a consistency similar to powdered sugar (confectionary sugar), other times its coarse like a jar of salt. Im no expert, but I dont think creatine powder should vary from month to month. Additionally, the AMOUNT you get per container is inconsistent. Ive had jars filled to the top, while others werent even halfway full. Its a good product that will show you some gains, but I will honestly be buying a different creatine.
I love Thorne creatine. Its a great product and is the main supplement I use in my shakes!
