This coQ10 is from Enzymatic Therapy a very reputable company. It arrives safety sealed in a nice bottle containing 120 softgels that are easy to swallow. This seems fresh and tastes like soybean oil through the softgel if you like that

CoQ10 comes in two different forms ubiquinol and ubiquinone. Many articles consider ubiquinol is a better form for absorption. And usually COQ10 in ubiquinol is more expensive. But I also saw articles saying they are actually the same in terms of absorption. This product is in ubiquinone. "Enzymatic Therapy" is part of "Nature's Way" brand. it has been around for quite a while and reputable. I trust their products. The price is a little higher for ubiquinone COQ10. But the quality should be good though I have no way to verify

I've been purchasing supplements from this company for years; it's always the highest quality. This is no different. Please note that if you are older than middle age - the ubiquinol form is much better absorbed. For some reason, they are still using soybean derived ingredients in this formula, so I docked it one star, as many are allergic to soy

It's hard to tell if vitamins or supplements are really doing what theyre advertised to do. CoQ10 is for cardiovascular health, to better help cells function & to help with diminishing levels of CoQ10 due to age. There are 120 soft gels & while the label says to take one daily, it also includes that three can be taken daily for additional support. It contains 100 mg Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) with other ingredients: soybean oil, gelatin, water, glycerin, beeswax & soy lecithin. Its also gluten-free & has no sugar, yeast, salt, corn, wheat, dairy, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors. This brand is Enzymatic Therapy which is part of Natures Way, Green Bay, WI. I cant tell whether this is improving our health or not. Vitamins & supplements do what theyre expected to do & theres no huge benefit that can be noticed right away. As this is added to my husband & my regular vitamins we wont know if theres significant improvement but we do know that were supposed to take it & this brand seems solid

I received a Nature's way 60 soft-gel bottle ($30.00) which is the same product as this, and suggest one daily As you can see this Enzymatic therapy CoQ10 ($40.00) is 120 soft-gels = so a better value for the same product from the same company. However - this bottle suggests up to 3 daily. Having not known what Ubiquinol exactly meant, and what health benefits it provides, a bit of research found some info. Apparently Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) exists in three redox states, 1. Fully oxidized (ubiquinone) - 2. partially reduced (semiquinone or ubisemiquinone) and fully reduced (ubiquinol). > This Ubiquinol is a fully reduced, electron-rich form of coenzyme Q10 for better absorption My interest is of course for a quality product that supports good circulation and heart health. (The typical RDA being 90mg to 200mg, and upwards of 300mg to 600mg)
