Great product, the chocolate flavor container should have 30 servings to last a month not 25. May try the non chocolate or look for different product.

I feel so much better!

This product can be WONDERFUL, but it's really important to know that you can be an undermethylator or overmethylator and only use this product if you can handle methylated supplements. Also, a little bit goes a long way! I need to take less than one per day and take electrolytes with it.
