Chew 1 tablet 1-3 times per day or as directed by a health professional.
For anti-nausea use: take a serving 30 minutes before travel and optionally every 4 hours as necessary.
For post-operative nausea: take 1 hour prior to surgery, or as directed by a health professional.
Menstrual pain/cramping (adults): Chew 3 tablets daily or as directed by a health professional. Take 2 days before menses and during day 1 to 3 of menses.
Contains no artificial colors, preservatives, or sweeteners; no dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, or GMOs. Suitable for vegetarians/vegans. Sealed for your protection. Do not use if seal is broken. For freshness, store in a cool, dry place.

Really bad taste and after-taste!

It sounds like this product has been super helpful to a lot of people! However, I wouldn't attempt to give it to teenagers or adults that are sensitive to taste. The taste and after-taste is a bit traumatizing.?? It takes quite a while to get the taste out of your mouth -- even after brushing teeth and using mouthwash.

Taste is terrible

We bought this based on our pediatricians recommendation, as being a better tasting iron supplement. So, I couldnt figure out why my son would not take it, and kept refusing it. I tasted it and it is the most horrific, plastic, toxic taste Ive ever tasted. Went straight in the trash.

Works great

Love all the products made by Thorn Research. Have been using this product for some time now and it works great. Has no flavor at all, they are easy to swallow as it is liquid. However, it is a little difficult to dispense the drops. I feel like a dropper would be much better.
