Great supplement for heart health better circulation and much more

A good supplement for your heart health and poor circulation. Ive used it for several months and noticed in reduction in my hands and feet feeling cold too. It also seems to improve digestion, and helps expels mucous and reduce inflammation. I always take it with food to avoid stomach irritation.

2 Legit to quit!

I bought this product to help desensitize my stomach and colon to extremely spicy foods. It does actually work to a degree. The colon begins producing mucous to protect the cell walls. I noticed this mucous in my stool the very next day after using the cayenne pills. Over time I have indeed noticed a higher resistance to GI issues related to extremely spicy foods like raw ghost peppers and drinking habanero sauce. Of course my mouth still burns but I no longer have pain in my stomach after eating such spicy foods. Other effects I noticed... 1.) Increased labido and satisfaction during orgasm. 2.) Easier to pee. I assume this is due to relaxation of the prostate. Warning: I eat tons of spicy food without issues so the first time I used this I ignored the recommended dosage and took 2 capsules with a meal. My stomach physically hurt for 30min. This stuff is stronger than I thought. You should deffinitely start with 1 capsule and work your way up to 2 over time if needed.

Great size and love that it's a capsule, not a tablet!

I highly respect the quality of Pure. Love that I have finally found a calcium that I can easily swallow a couple times a day and not risk choking!
