Easy to use and effective

I am using this product to help restore my hair after losing a lot of it from using methotrexate for arthritis. I also use folic acid to help. My doctor recommended this. Since adding biotin 2x daily I have seen reduced hair loss and some regrowth. Its easy to take - no aftertaste, side effect, indigestion, etc. and product arrived quickly in good condition.

These are really small and easy to swallow. I started taking it because my hair was falling out like crazy, and my doctor said I was low in bio tin. It helped to stop my hair from falling out too much.
