Kirkman® formulated these great tasting wafers for individuals who want good vitamin B-6 and magnesium supplementation but who can't swallow capsules or may have issues with the tastes, textures and smells of multi-vitamins like Super Nu-Thera®.*

These wafers can also be given to supplement vitamin B-6 and magnesium when other lower potency products are used for general supplementation such as Kirkman's Children's Chewable Multi-vitamins or Spectrum Complete™.* The ratio of vitamin B-6 to magnesium is in just the right proportion to comply with typical physician recommendations for higher strength vitamin B-6/magnesium supplements.

Sucralose (Splenda)

The flavor was palatable, and it dissolved easily in my mouth. I can't speak to how effective it is because I returned it. I didn't realize it was artificially sweetened.

Changed my life in a week

Was having major issues with social anxiety and after taking these for a week the issue went away. I'm not saying this will work for everyone but in my case it did. Also seemed to help with my ADHD

Great for the Brain. Great for the Tastebuds

After doing some research on B vitamins & realizing how low most of the population was in these essential brain nutrients (explains the huge boom in depression & anxiety in the world), I found these & we love 'em! They're a bit sour & it really is like eating candy. Paired this with my B12, Lion's Mane, & other nootropics & I'm feeling like I'm actually running on all cylinders. Feels like my brain is working like its supposed to! It was as if I was putting syrup in the oil tank of my car, & now it's like I've switched to the most premium of premium of oils & nothing can stop me!

My kids love it

I bought this product particularly for my 5yo who is epileptic and takes seizure meds. Our neuro and nephro recommended B6 for various reasons one being the behavioral and mood swing issues caused by anti seizure medications. I must say I have seen improvement and am very pleased with this product. My child takes it with no complaint regarding taste or texture of it. I also give it to everyone in the house. Thank you for this product as it is of great help to families and little ones like mine. Dosage like this is not easy to find in chewable tablets. Will purchase again.
