Any herbal that stated it is an adaptogen will not work the same for everyone. Keep that in mind when you take it. My personal experience with it has been life changing. I take it in the morning at least 1/2 hour before eating. It gets me through the day with no crash at the end of the day. It doesn't have a strong flavor, and it is not a giant hard to swallow capsule. I have lost some weight since I started taking it. If you take it as directed and do not see the results you were looking for, try another adaptogen, it may work better for you. We are not all exactly the same, so what works for some people may not work for someone else.
I take this product in the morning with Horsetail, and Gymnema. Along with these I drink Oolong tea with fresh 1/2t pepper and 1/2t cinnamon and a T of Raw Honey. I've lost about 10 lbs. in 3 months.
Have always been intrigued by this plant. It grows wild and is plentiful in my area and many people supplement their income by digging the roots, but I had never consumed it before now. My expectations were low but I believe it did provide a little pep in my step without making me edgy. No stomach issues.
My husband takes ginseng to improve his memory and energy level. There have been no side effects or adverse reactions. He says this is making a difference in his energy level.
