Recommendations:
AM: One (white) AM tablet in the morning.
PM: One (purple) PM tablet approximately 30-45 minutes before bedtime.

As another recent reviewer said, this last batch had a very different appearance. No refunds, and they dropped the chat when I contacted them about a replacement. This isnt the first time Ive encountered quality control issues when its not coming straight from the actual manufacturer. Seems it may be better to do it that way instead, rather than getting stuck with a damaged product.

Quality ingredients, but does it work?

I think this product has quality ingredients, and is a great value, but I never feel any different when I use it. I just keep using it because I feel like it must be good for you? The taste is okay for a greens powder. Much better than Green Vibrance. Apple tastes better than the original, but is a bit too sweet.

Clumps. But works well in smoothies.

This stuff is wholesome and gives me the energy that I need pre- or post-workout. However, if you just mix it in with a liquid, it will clump, and yes, itll taste like eating chunks of grass. But, if you blend this in with half a banana and a handful of frozen berries, it tastes great. Itll still have a slight green taste (like if you throw in kale or spinach with your smoothies) but I cant tell the difference in the chucks and clumpsis it the frozen blueberries, pieces of banana, or the powder clumping? Who knows but it makes it tolerable and tastes great.
