Good addition to smoothies, with a couple caveats

Not everyone likes the taste of vegan protein, which can be, er, earthy. (Read: sometimes dirt-like.) I don't mind weird earthy flavors so the chickpea protein is fine with me in small quantities. I love the high-quality ingredients of this overall, and I have to say: It promises it won't cause bloat, and I found that it didn't cause bloat. But there's just not a lot of servings for the money. I'd say if you want to splurge on very high-quality, rigorously sourced vegan protein/probiotics, go for it. If you're not a strict vegan, I'd go for another, less-expensive option.

Great Prenatal Vitamins

I loved that these didn't make me nauseous at all. In fact, I think they helped keep me from getting morning sickness. Good ingredients.

My doctor approves

I tested Vitamin D deficient. My MD sells natural vitamins from his office, but I told him I was going to try these first. I had worked in several Natural Health/Food stores, and knew about this brand from a Kind representative. After my last blood results my MD said: Whatever you are taking, keep doing it. My Vitamin D levels are now normal. Highly recommend.
