Gentle and has a lovely mild almond smell I really love this product because I am very sensitive to smells but this has such a wonderful sweet almond smell, But very subtle. It doesnt have a lot of soap in it so it doesnt dry your skin out thats why I like it mainly for my face. Ive been using it on my body to but it doesnt last very long that way and in the summertime Im afraid it wont be quite enough because I sweat! But I love this companys products and I use the Almond lotion and Face cream, Its one of the few products Ive been completely satisfied with and its a good happy medium between drugstore and super fancy department store products and definitely better than all of the above because the ingredients are quality

Great smell when actually using to wash body, however after washing I do not have the same smell on my skin. The scent does not stick, which is a shame as it really smells very nice when washing.

When I get back home from work tense and feeling drained, this stuff better be on the shelf in the shower! The scent almost instantly mellows me out and has helped me big time with tension headaches. The way I use it to address tension headaches: Soap up as usual, cross arms to "catch" the hot water with my head down and have the hot water hit the nape of the neck while inhaling the scented steam ... perfect!
