This is the only Garden of Life product I dislike. I'll never buy it again. I barely got one glass drunk hoping that it would grow on me, but it didn't.

Very nourishing, relieves dryness

I use this on my face when I first wake up. Its very nourishing as I tend to have dry skin. I love it.

Healthy Sleep

I bought this product on a whim. I love taking anything New Chapter and decided to try it to see if it would help me sleep as I have a hard time sleeping more than 5 hours. Not only did I get good 8 hours of sleep but my body was so relaxed that I was passing gas all night and when I woke up I didnt feel groggy or light lightheaded!! I was energized all day. Thank you New Chapter ????
