The only prenatal DHA I will use

I tried multiple different DHA supplements with my first pregnancy a few years ago-they were either too large or caused heartburn or had a fishy taste. I did a lot of research and ended up trying these, I took them throughout pregnancy and postpartum along with choline and they gave me confidence that I was giving my baby the best nutrients possible. They are smaller than the usual fish oil capsules which for me was necessary since I hate swallowing pills. I just repurchased as I knew right away I would want these ones for my next pregnancy

Good quality

These are good quality capsules, both the ingredients and the design of the capsules. It sounds silly, but the shape is easy to swallow and there are no sharp edges and the outside doesn't have any funny taste or smell like some gel caps do.

Cancerous tumors grow larger consuming the sugar in your body. If there is not any additional sugars in your body they will suck up DHA. They gorge on it and it ends up destroying them. I do not have cancer (that I know of) but thought it would be a good addition to my daily vitamin! This is the best DHA in my opinion!

Not too big and no scent

I love these because they aren’t too big to swallow and they don’t have a fishy scent or flavor.
