Results

Eight months on Keto had this moving slowly for me. Adding this to water and chugging it down twice a day fixed the issue. It has an earthy/tea type taste to it. I sometimes just they're it in my blender bottle with my morning keto smoothie and it mixes in well. I recommend stirring it into room temp water and letting it sit for 30 minutes before consuming. Otherwise it is a bit clumpy and cloudy.
