My sister told me about using monk fruit liquid as a healthy option to sugar. I must say Im glad I try it because now I dont miss sugar. I can sweeten coffee and other liquid with this and not have to worry about the excessive calories and unhealthy benefits as Im trying to lose weight. A little goes a long way which really surprised me. This is Keto approved. Ive used the powder before and wasnt so much a fan but the liquid is a game changer and will help me be successful in my weight loss. It also doesn't make your beverage taste funny which makes it amazing!

What I liked about this product is that it didn't spike my sugar level, but it has a funny/different taste that I'm not used to.

I have tried every artificial sweetener on the martlet and all of them had that after taste that I couldnt stand. I wanted to drink more than just water all the time I was missing my sweet tea. Only a slight plant taste which is not unpleasant. I cannot stand the aftertaste of Stevia so this is a great solution. You only need a couple of drops for a glass of iced tea.

Great alternative to sugar for my coffee and tea. As a T1D it's great to find something I like the taste of to add some sweetness. Some Keto friends have enjoyed it as well and purchased their own to enjoy.
