Effective but Expensive (Bought reasonably inexpensively one time with one vendor)

If you're having much difficulty with your joints, I recommend taking 1 with breakfast and 1 with dinner; otherwise, 1 with a meal/day should do the trick. If you can resolve the root cause of the inflammation typically causing joint issues then you won't even need this typically expensive, but extremely helpful supplement.

This is more powerful than curcumin or msm the best on the market. Once you get this in your system it works within 5 min the pain is gone. I take it twice a day 3 pills each time. When I was on major chemo I had to take it 3 times a day
