This shilajit helps on the very first day.

Banyan is the best company I have found for ayurvedic supplements, and I trust their products for quality and safety. Shilajit smells funny if you're not used to it, but it's supposed to. I feel the difference on the very first day. The stamina to stay up late writing this review is testament to that fact.

Does nothing

I don't know if it's the product in general or just this brand... That's why three stars instead of one- could be that shilajit does nothing.

This Shilajit is legit

I take this with my grass-fed beef organs to increase uptake of all minerals + CoQ10. I have a wheat allergy and may be Celiac...which translates to, I don't uptake nutrients all that well. From all my research (I'm no doctor), Shilajit increases nutrient uptake in the gut. What I can say is, the white spots on my nails are gone, the ridges on my nails are smoothing out, my hair is shiny and getting thicker. I feel better. All of this is anecdotal, but I can tell a difference when I don't take Shilajit. Also, Banyan Botanicals is my trusted resource for herbs and has been for 15 years.

works very well

This is the second bottle that i have purchased . It seems to have helped me with various digestion and gut issues. I read somewhere that Shilajit reacts with chlorine so should not be taken with tap water. Also start with 1 tablet and see how your body reacts. This form of Shilajit with rice flour as a carrier seems to work for me Amazon declined my earlier review which was perhaps too glowing or too detailed.

This shilajit is helpful for my nueropathy. It has alot of minerals which seems to help reduce the numbness.
