Can rapidly damage your health

I had purchased and consumed this product in the interest of improving my health. What a mistake. It, and ALL other calcium supplements are actually antagonists to health. Do not take this or ANY other type of calcium supplement either. Calcium supplements are not likely to improve your health. To the contrary, calcium supplements can rapidly ruin your health unless there are concomitant intakes of K2, D3, magnesium and boron. Be sure to read my post in Comments.

i'm a believer

I am pleased with this herb supplement. For me this seems to make me feel a little more relaxed without loosing any alertness. Generally feeling less stressed. I double this up with korean ginseng so I can't be 100% about which effects come specifically from this herb but I find they work well together.
