Since taking these I am no longer D3 deficient, they are easy to take and the flavor is delicious. However, they are a bit too sugary (covered with sugar granules which I could do without) and quite expensive.

Vitamins That I Look Forward to Taking!

These vitamins are like eating a sugary, flavorful, soft gumdrop! I take them for my osteoporosis, as K2 is needed along with vitamin D in order for your body to absorb calcium. I wont know the results until after my next DEXA scan. But, I enjoy taking them!
