I decided to order these to replace the gummies I usually get from this brand because my mother and I are on a low carb/more keto-based diet, and this supplement has no carb concerns for us, so I tried it. When I started taking the gummies, it made a huge difference for me. My partner even noticed my muscle tone improving. I've been taking this tablet multi instead of the gummies for a few weeks now - and I have been feeling nauseous, losing muscle tone, and having stomach issues. I also noticed an increase in appetite and cravings for things I don't normally crave, so today I looked at the ingredients more closely and I discovered a bunch of emulsifiers in the "other ingredients" list. My partner's mother has a PhD in microbiology and another PhD in biology. I've always had stomach issues and she advised me to remove emulsifiers from my diet as much as is possible and reasonable because they're discovering that emulsifiers kill good and healthy gut bacteria (If it's a cheat day, I eat whatever I want, emulsifiers or no, lol). When I followed her guidance, my stomach issues improved dramatically and my overall health improved - particularly my muscle strength and definition. When I started taking this brand's gummies, even more so! Everything improved. These tablets are just making me sick - but I have a more sensitive stomach that a lot of people I know. If you don't care about emulsifiers and you don't have a particularly sensitive stomach, these might be totally great for you. However, for me they are just hurting my stomach and doing me little good as compared to the gummies I've been taking from this brand. Going over my carb count for the day is so worth the trade off for me right now. I don't recommend these vitamins if you have a super sensitive stomach like I do. They were so expensive, too. It's sad I wasted so much money on these. The gummies are 8g of carbs, so difficult for a strict keto diet, but the difference in how I feel is enough for me not to care and I'm not strictly keto. I'm low carb.
