Shipping was not good

The shipping was not good, the box inside the shipping envelope was torn. The product although is good until 2023, it tasted as if not stored in a dark and cool place, it appeared that maybe the bar was previously melted.

This is a great flavorful tea and the two varieties Ive tried are very enjoyable-Peppermint and Turmeric Ginger. Have already reordered both
