This helps my

This helps my dry eye symptoms very much. It was recommended by a friend who had Lasik eye surgery and I tried it for a month. Once I quit taking it my symptoms increased a lot (itchy irritated eyes, discharge, and blurred vision) I realized that these vitamins do make a big difference and although they are expensive they are a worth it to me.
