Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) are fats that are naturally found in coconut and palm kernel oils. They're more easily and rapidly digested than other types of fats. If you are looking for something to add to your daily morning coffee or just to take a tablespoon of to help your diet this is the product. Smooth,clean taste. No after taste. Delivered wrapped in bubble wrap. Comes in a plastic bottle. Great product

I take two of these tablets a couple of times a day when my cramps are at their worst. Not real happy about all the sugar tho. They definitely help!
