Its ok if your looking for a cheap liquid. If you want to spend some money Mary Ruths liquid vitamins are a way better quality and more absorbable. This stuff is almost like crushed up pills suspended in a liquid. Flavor is extra sweet and artificial

Super happy with it.

My four year old will not eat gummy vitamins nor will he eat chewable vitamins and I gave this a try. I add it to his juice and he drinks it up. Its thick kinda like a smoothie but goes well with juice. Kinda sweet too so he doesnt seem to notice. Like any vitamin it does make his pee a neon yellow but all vitamins do that if you take them daily. Highly recommend if you have a toddler who refuses his vitamins!
