NOW Apple Pectin 700 mg 120 caps

These capsules work but I don't think no they work as well as regular psyllium capsules. My experience is that they need to be taken at the same time every day with a big glass of water and you need to stay well hydrated otherwise they will stop you up. Psyllium has been a lot more forgiving on both those front. Otherwise, product is good.

If you have rapid gastric emptying (dizziness, fatigue, flushing, and need to run to the bathroom right after eating), this pectin will change your life. If I take 4-5 capsules before each large meal, I feel totally comfortable after eating. If I forget, all symptoms return. There have been multiple studies showing that pectin is effective for this syndrome. Apparently it thickens your stomach contents, which slows digestion. Now, I have regular digestion!

I have no complaints against the toothpaste in general but I am unable to tell if it made any difference to my sensitive gums. At best I can say it didn't make it worse but I didn't see any noticeable difference in my gum health. I am still using it once a day but not holding any high hopes for a miracle

Over a year later, I still have about 3/4 of the bottle. Didnt find that this product did anything to benefit me.

Almost all of the capsules were broken and powder was everywhere. These were a complete waste of money, will never purchase again.
