NOW Cider Vinegar 180 caps

Out of all of the different ACV supplements I have tried, I always come back to this one being my favorite. For me, NOW ACV (this product) works better than the other ones I've tried.

I take these daily (who can possibly stomach the liquid version, which tastes like the end of the world)...I take these for skin, digestion, lowering cholesterol, balancing blood sugar level, as a probiotic, and as an immune system supplement. I believe it also helps with weight loss/ esp. in the belly, because it helps the gut health.

My husband and I both have taken these and seen marked benefits in our everyday health. For me theyre absolutely disgusting, as I wholeheartedly hate vinegar but he has no issue with them. I knock mine back with a flavored beverage (chocolate milk is my favorite but apple juice will do in a pinch) and he can take his dry (gag!) but we both see health improvements. My skin clears and I feel much better in my digestive system. I honestly think I get less heartburn when I take these. He complains less of a sour stomach when hes on them too.

I stopped taking these because I ran out and shortly after noticed joint pain. I'm back on them and the pain is gone. I didn't notice what they were doing for me until I stopped taking them.

I just started to take it 3 times a day for about a week. Can't tell any difference yet. But definitely easier to swallow than drink it especially drinking it is really harsh on the stomach.
