Very disappointing

Don't buy it. If you want to consume fresh foods, this is not the one. The expiration date is in just a couple months and there is no way to return it.

Gave me an upset stomach

This product consistently gave me diarrhea. The taste and ingredients are fine, but perhaps the strain of probiotic isn't the best.
