I chose this particular omega 3 because it is a lower dose. I did ask my rheumatologist if it is OK to take fish oil he told me he had lots of patients that take fish oil. At this point I have not actually felt any relief in my joints yet. But have only been taking it for a few weeks.Plus I only take it once a day I should probably take it more. But I am taking it for other reasons as well as its supposed to be good for other ailments and your health.
