Rotten Eggs or What?

One month using this Spirulina so I'm not really sure of any benefits. I have been blending 1 heaping TSP in my morning breakfast drink 4 times a week and the other 3 days I have been stirring it into my oatmeal and blueberries. For added benefit I do 1/2 TSP in my Water for my Bike Ride every day. Honestly I feel no difference at all than before I started using this. Smells like rotten eggs and tastes as bad. But blended in food or drink really helps.
