I purchased this item because I was hoping it would help with bloating and overall digestion. I take it sometimes before/after meals, but I haven't observed any noticeable difference. When the product arrived, it was a little bit oily on the outer bottle. However, the product itself was sealed, so I believe it is fine. The taste is very herbal and a bit bitter. Personally, I enjoy this taste and use the dropper to take the product on the tongue directly. I think mixing a few drops in a glass of water would work well.

Absolutely couldn't tolerate the taste. It was vile.

I am allergic to NOTHING. Within minutes of drinking half of my Stanley cup water with these drops in it I had intense stomach pain, nausea, and broke out in hives. Apparently some people (me) can suffer an allergic reaction from herbs in digestive bitters. Hopefully I’m alive in the morning .

Great to take before meals. I don’t mind the taste at all! Good product, good ingredients.

As an Herbalist - I’ve learned “bitter is better”. Tried this last week and immediately had less bloating, improved digestion, and as a result increased energy- lots of energy. These will become a mainstay. I will continue to use three droppers full in a small amount of warm water before meal and then occasionally throughout the day maxing out at three doses total per day my post 50 age digestion had gotten a little sluggish and this is like youth in a bottle.
