Im just convinced that these are definitely worth paying a bit more than the regular drug store multi vitamin. Theyre thinner than most (like One A Day or Alive) and that makes it easier to swallow. It contains all of the vitamins, minerals and other supplements that I want in a daily vitamin. And these are just one a daypay attention to others as they may be up to four a day ?????.
