Modify dosage

I have been taking Multi-betic vitamins for a long time. I took 2 pills each morning. Now that I can no longer get the Multi-betic, I compared the ingredients of Completia, and they seemed to be very similar. I received these and took the 2 pills per the dosage instructions. However, my body has expelled most of the vitamins. I will try cutting back to one pill and see if it balances out.

The Real Stuff

The osteopath recommended this alpha lipoic acid substance. It makes a strong smelling urine but after a few months I really feel less syatica and other nerve pain. I tried other brands with no help. Thankyou supplier.

My cat ate it

I cannot rate the taste on these, obviously because Im not a cat, I put one in her bowl she sniffed it and then ate it. My Cat is 18. She still eats very well and doesnt seem to have any serious health problems, I thought it would be good to put her on a vitamin, I was so happy that she ate this so I would recommend them

They Work!

These tinctures are amazing! I have used them for well over thirty years. They are safe enough to use on my grandchildren. They help with emotional issues or any character trait that hinders happiness. I even have a mixture for Jetlag. In a separate bottle I use 2 to 4 drops of 4: walnut for transition, white chestnut for clarity and olive for fatigue. Put in distilled water with a bit of brandy and it will take you to two weeks of travel. 4 drops under the tongue 4 times per day before trip and until adjusted. Absolutely love Bach Flower Remedies.
