I used to take this daily to help with my choline intake as I'm a lifelong vegetarian as well as having been diagnosed with ADHD. Wouldnt follow suggested usage on the bottle 600mg is a LOT Especially if youve never taken it before Start around 150mg Also the capsules weigh out very inconsistently which makes me question the amount of Alpha GPC being distributed per pill
