Average Multivatamins

I really liked the ingredient list on these and was excited to try them for a month or two. It is just a multivitamin supplement so I didn't expect any crazy results or anything but I wasn't super impressed by any means. They never upset my stomach which was nice but they didn't ever help with bloating or regularity for me. Four stars for ingredient list and no stomach pains while taking these!

Best multi ive had

Hands down, looking at the ingredients and nutrition facts, best multi vitamin. Super easy on my stomach unlike some other multi vitamins. **Uses Methylcobalamin (form of B12) compared to the Cyanocobalamin (bad manufactured form) standard in others! Love this stuff and is definitely my new favorite! :)
