I've been using this since February and while I can't tell if it's actually making me any smarter or not, what I can tell you is that suddenly, this morning, after all this time of daily blending this into my morning coffee smoothie consisting of almond milk, half and half, protein powder with greens, collagen, this stuff, instant coffee, and coffee syrup, I decided to have a "regular cup of coffee" and just try adding this to that, and what a mistake. No wonder my protein shakes have been turning out so god awful for the past month in texture and not the smooth, fluffy things I recalled from before. The moment I added this to my coffee, the cream instantly separated from the coffee. It was disgusting. Wasted my coffee, my dose of this expensive stuff, and I gagged a little thinking about how I've been drinking curdled protein shakes for over a month clueslessly. GROSS. So has it made me any smarter? You be the judge. NOW really needs to add some BASIC USE INSTRUCTIONS on this product, like how to take it. I don't know about you, but I can't just pour half a teaspoon of dry powder into my mouth and choke it down! I guess I'm going to start trying to mix it into some oatmeal next. I have no idea how they expect you to eat the stuff if you can't blend it into a protein shake, but trust me, DON'T (maybe it might be OK if your shake it 100% dairy-free, I don't know, blech, I'm still gagging a little in retrospect)!
