Thiamine deficiency

Sparga improved my sulphur intolerance, but after a few months the condition worsened. I then added molybdenum, and again had a temporary improvement. After a year of this I came across thiamine deficiency as a cause of sulphur intolerance, within days of taking it I was able to tolerate high sulphur foods and supplements again.

Not for me :(

This gave me lots of stomach discomfort. I wasnt able to use it long enough to know if it really works. :( If you can tolerate it without any discomfort then you would need to be tested to know if it really does reduce sulfur. If so, then it might be great for those with sulfur intolerance.
